Ever wanted to film your own adventure but did not quite know where to start? If so then check out the Adventure Film School of Alaska.
This September they are offering an unique opportunity. This course features Sky Rondenet, an adventure filmmaker from Lake Tahoe. You can check out her work here: www.skyrondenet.com and watch her films, such as the 4th Annual Pain McConkey, “Shorter: Width is the Reward”.
A note for locals/Alaskan: This course only requires 3 field days, on location. You can complete the editing portion in the evenings, if necessary, as long as you keep up.

Course fees are just over $700! Gear required? Camera gear (DSLR or camcorder, etc), laptop & editing software (not required, but darn helpful), and personal gear. That’s the basics. More is better, but they can make it work with just this. This is a great opportunity for the budding film enthusiast! If you are interested act fast, only have spots for 15!
