Sleeping Bags

I have done a lot research over the last few months and am seriously considering trying out a quilt.   The weight to warmth ratio is pretty darn impressive.   I due have two concerns though. 1) I'm a tad leery of losing the zipper and hood (most reviews seem to dismiss this) 2) Down vs. Synthetic fill (although waterproof down options somewhat negate the argument) If you are an ounce counter like me that you at least have to check out
